Tiffany & Co. Manager, Global Marketing

- Lead the development of 360-degree communication strategies for regional and global initiatives, collaborating with Retail Excellence, Events, CVM, PR, Creative, Clienteling, Media, and Omnichannel teams.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for regional teams, ensuring seamless communication and brand cohesion while accommodating local nuances.
- Orchestrate go-to-market strategies for jewelry and lifestyle categories, managing cross-functional communications with Creative, Media, PR, Omnichannel, Legal, HR, and Category Merchandising.
- Proactively identify marketing and communications opportunities to enhance the global marketing team and elevate the brand.
- Monitor and optimize cross-channel performance, presenting final learnings and action plans to senior management.
- Provide guidance and direction to Global Marketing Specialists and interns, supporting their professional growth.
- Present communication plans and strategic briefs to senior leaders with confidence and clarity.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in Global Marketing
- Appreciation and understanding of luxury, retail, culture, style, and design
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and liaise across teams
- Hands-on, results-driven mentality with agility to prioritize and multi-task
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Cultural awareness and flexibility to work with international time zones

A minimum of 5 years in global marketing, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor’s Degree required
The hiring range for this position is from $111,350 to $130,000, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
