1. Conduct maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Life Safety Equipment.
2. Utilize the Building Management System for monitoring building temperatures and equipment.
3. Review design and construction drawings and oversee MEP project installations.
4. Establish and follow safe operating procedures to ensure worker safety.
5. Respond to work order requests and perform equipment repairs efficiently.
6. Interact with vendors to ensure satisfactory completion of work and document operations.
7. Maintain accurate records of building inspections and climate control data.
8. Order, stock, and organize facility-related parts and equipment.
9. Maintain a functioning workshop and perform minor repairs and adjustments.
10. Test and inspect emergency and life safety systems to meet regulatory standards.

1. High school diploma with technical/vocational training in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Material Handling Equipment.
2. Three years of experience in a related field.
3. Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
4. Certification for refrigerant recovery.
5. Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
6. Self-motivated and customer service-oriented.
7. Flexibility in work schedule, including overtime and weekends.
8. Ability to respond to building emergencies 24/7.

1. Technical proficiency in HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical systems.
2. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
3. Excellent organizational skills for inventory management.
4. Ability to read and interpret design and construction drawings.
5. Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

High school diploma with technical/vocational training.

The hiring range for this position is $33.60 - $45.54 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
