1. Coordinate and perform in-house project and fabrication work.
2. Repair and maintain process and building equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
3. Assist in the management of the Building Management System and Preventative Maintenance Program.
4. Procure necessary parts and supplies, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
5. Adhere to Tiffany & Co.'s Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
2. Strong problem-solving skills in machinery, mechanical, and electrical areas.
3. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and power tool usage.
4. Working knowledge of wastewater treatment equipment and technology.
5. Good computer skills, with PLC experience being advantageous.
