Tiffany & Co. Machine Operator - Production

1. Operate laser inscription equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
2. Support risk mitigation and processing for all qualifying diamonds into the Grading Lab using Sarine technology.
3. Perform sizing and sorting of diamonds, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
4. Adjust and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance, coordinating routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
5. Lead training sessions on machine operation and maintain SOP documentation.
6. Support TCO/Laurelton partners in resolving equipment issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Adhere to workplace safety policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
2. 2-3 years of experience in operating and maintaining machines or technological equipment
3. Ability to work in a technical environment for extended periods
4. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with limited supervision

Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining machines and/or technological equipment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

The hiring range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
