- Lead efforts to maintain a secure environment for customers and employees.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tiffany customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and service.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and manage incidents.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and reporting.
- Assist in supervising task delegation and training of security team members.
- Coordinate facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
- High School Diploma
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage security operations
Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position emphasizing customer service.
