1. Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
2. Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience from beginning to end.
3. Support store operations to consistently achieve sales plans.
4. Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
5. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
6. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
7. Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
8. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and equipment checks.
9. Carry out operations tasks, including opening and closing procedures.
10. Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.

1. Valid Security License
2. High School Diploma
3. Basic computer skills
4. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
5. Authorization to work in Canada

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment.
