- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
- Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience from beginning to end.
- Support store operations to consistently achieve sales plans.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and equipment checks.
- Carry out operations tasks, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
- Valid Security License
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Team collaboration
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment.
High School Diploma
