1. Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Support store operations to achieve sales targets.
4. Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments.
5. Demonstrate brand ambassador qualities during customer interactions.
6. Execute best practices for hospitality and store amenities.
7. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
8. Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and manage incidents.
9. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and reporting.
10. Conduct operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
11. Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.

1. Valid Security License
2. High School Diploma
3. Basic computer skills
4. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
5. Authorization to work in Canada

Minimum of 3 years in a retail or security environment, with at least one year in a security-related position preferred.
