- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support store operations to achieve sales targets.
- Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate brand ambassador qualities during customer interactions.
- Execute best practices for hospitality and store amenities.
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and manage incidents.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and reporting.
- Conduct operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
- Valid Security License
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Customer service orientation
- Team collaboration
Minimum of 3 years in a retail or security environment, with at least one year in a security-related position preferred.
High School Diploma
