1. Support attorneys in providing day-to-day legal advice and counsel.
2. Provide administrative support including organizing legal files, scheduling meetings and events, creating presentations, and updating legal databases.
3. Assist in drafting, proofreading, and circulating contracts, corporate resolutions, and other legal documents.
4. Conduct legal research and name searches in collaboration with attorneys and paralegals.
5. Support attorneys in instructing outside counsel and managing budgets.
6. Participate in Legal Department projects and initiatives.
7. Assist in managing litigation and potential disputes.

1. Enrollment in an undergraduate program or anticipated graduation in 2025.
2. Strong interest in the legal profession.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Accuracy and attention to detail.
5. High level of organization with experience working on multiple projects concurrently.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills.

No prior experience required, but a beginner level understanding of legal processes is preferred.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or a 2025 graduate.

Compensation for this internship is $25 per hour.

Exposure to real-world legal matters and an understanding of the luxury retail industry's legal environment.
