1. Execute polishing and specialty restoration techniques on jewelry and silver to meet Tiffany & Co.'s design and quality standards.
2. Organize and prioritize work to ensure all orders are completed by the TSC Store Date, and communicate any concerns regarding processing or quality to management.
3. Review repair requests and seek clarification before commencing work if needed.
4. Conduct pre-checks on all assigned orders, reporting any unusual conditions or missing items to management.
5. Maintain organized work processes and accurate production logs of completed orders.
6. Enhance product knowledge and technical skills by collaborating with experienced colleagues on specialty restoration processes such as Rhodium, Sand Blasting, and Enameling.

1. Technical training or a minimum of 5 years of polishing experience with gold, platinum, silver, and various precious stones.
2. Proficiency in using multi or single-speed polishing machines and various rouges.
3. Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas related to polishing processes.
4. Successful completion of a Tiffany & Co. polishing bench test.
