1. Perform refinishing on completed jewelry repairs, including rings, chains, charms, earrings, and bracelets, using standard polishing techniques.
2. Work with all precious metals, including platinum, gold, and silver, as well as other specialty materials.
3. Develop comprehensive knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, materials, and repair techniques.
4. Ensure all craft work meets Tiffany quality and design standards, and inspect orders for defects.
5. Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to due dates for assigned orders.
6. Comply with health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe workstation and reporting any safety incidents.
7. Collaborate with coworkers and management in problem-solving and process improvement.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in metal polishing
3. Experience in refinishing techniques including sandblasting and sanding
4. Knowledge of gemstone identification and care
5. Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry polishing or a related field.
