1. Assemble precious metal jewelry pieces by hand and machine to meet high-volume production and quality standards.
2. Adhere to safety protocols and promptly report any incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor.
3. Perform hand assembly of sterling silver, platinum, and gold jewelry, including pearl assembly, bead stringing, pearl gluing, laser welding, and oven solder preparation.
4. Operate equipment such as Link-O-Matics, saw cutting, bending and pneumatic presses, tack welders, glue dispensers, soldering boards, solder paste applicators, EZ link machines, and Sisma chain linking machines.
5. Verify accuracy of work orders, compliance with blueprints and BOM, and report discrepancies to management.
6. Utilize barcode scanning into JDE for efficiency tracking.
7. Propose continuous improvement opportunities for processes.
8. Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and minimize scrap and defective products.
9. Participate in 5S activities and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
10. Collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency and create a supportive work environment.

Beginner-level experience in jewelry assembly or related field.
