- Assemble precious metal jewelry pieces by hand and machine to meet high-volume production and quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and promptly report any incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform hand assembly of sterling silver, platinum, and gold jewelry, including pearl assembly, bead stringing, pearl gluing, laser welding, and oven solder preparation.
- Operate equipment such as Link-O-Matics, saw cutting, bending and pneumatic presses, tack welders, glue dispensers, soldering boards, solder paste applicators, EZ link machines, and Sisma chain linking machines.
- Verify accuracy of work orders, compliance with blueprints and BOM, and report discrepancies to management.
- Utilize barcode scanning into JDE for efficiency tracking.
- Propose continuous improvement opportunities for processes.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and minimize scrap and defective products.
- Participate in 5S activities and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency and create a supportive work environment.
- Ability to read and write in English

Beginner-level experience in jewelry assembly or related field.
High School diploma or equivalent; GIA Certification preferred.
