1. Perform repairs and alterations on jewelry, adhering to Tiffany & Co. standards.
2. Complete all craft work with precision, following written repair instructions and ensuring quality.
3. Inspect orders for defects and perform specialty craft work, such as complex setting and enameling.
4. Meet or exceed productivity standards based on work mix and role.
5. Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to due dates for assigned orders.
6. Develop knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and repair techniques.
7. Share skills and collaborate with coworkers for problem-solving and process improvement.
8. Assist in service center operations and participate in special projects.
9. Comply with health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry repair
3. Experience in soldering and laser welding
4. Flexible work schedule, including weekends
5. Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Minimum of 5 years in jewelry repair, with expertise in soldering and laser welding.
