Tiffany & Co. Inventory Control and Asset Analyst

- Oversee JDE and MIPS system transactions, including purchase order creation and receipt, inventory reconciliation, and procedural compliance.
- Track assets such as tools, samples, components, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities.
- Systematically track all inventories within JDIW and maintain inventory in proper stocking locations.
- Perform tooling inventories and audits.
- Create unique item numbers and enter detailed information in JDE for all tooling, samples, components, and sundries.
- Issue components and raw materials to all JDIW work orders.
- Manage work order inventory reconciliations and metal weigh-ups.
- Analyze and troubleshoot negative inventory situations in JDE/MIPS systems.
- Coordinate movement of all product samples, finished goods, components, and loose stones between multiple parties.
- Ensure all outbound shipments are packaged properly and processed in a timely manner.
- Perform daily high-value count and conduct inventory cycle counts to confirm inventory accuracy.
- Ensure comprehensive communication with all stakeholders on the movement of assets.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years operational experience
- Working knowledge of JDE and Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Proficiency in JDE and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational role.
High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $70,125.00 - $82,500.00, depending on relevant skills and experience.
