1. Identify and implement improvements to existing Industrial Planning reporting processes, focusing on open orders, past due items, new product shipment schedules, supplier metrics, and high jewelry reporting.
2. Create user-friendly reports for regular use by the Industrial Planning team.
3. Learn and document key processes within Industrial Planning, supporting the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Test and validate SOPs, proposing improvements where necessary.
5. Facilitate continuous communication of SOPs to cross-functional teams.
6. Develop visual presentations of key processes for the Industrial Planning team.
7. Adhere to workplace safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and providing feedback on safety behaviors.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business or Supply Chain program
2. Proficient in English
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
5. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Enrollment in a Business or Supply Chain field curriculum program is required. MBA students are preferred.

The position offers a rate of $25 per hour.
