- Develop, generate, and distribute KPI reports and dashboards to provide visibility into industrial performance, including cost efficiency and productivity.
- Design and maintain interactive Power BI tools to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and Innovation teams to align reporting requirements and performance metrics.
- Present analytical findings clearly to translate data into operational insights and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct analysis to identify risks or opportunities impacting cost, efficiency, or productivity.
- Redefine or design end-to-end workflows to document and visualize current processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and propose process enhancements for cost optimization and better resource utilization.
- Structure and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company data structures and reporting guidelines.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Experience with PowerBI or other advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Self-starter with a bias for action towards continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial performance analysis or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00-$90,600.00, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
