1. Support Jewelry Supply and Diamond Division operations, including both internal manufacturing facilities and third-party suppliers.
2. Assist with 2025 process improvement projects to enhance reporting and financial understanding.
3. Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting the Industrial Accounting team's strategic initiatives and corporate requests.
4. Provide support for day-to-day and month-end close activities, collaborating with production teams to improve processes and strengthen control environments.
5. Refine analytical tools and methodologies to increase automation and efficiency.
6. Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies and providing feedback on safety behaviors.

1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate accounting or finance program.
