Tiffany & Co. In-Store Operations Coordinator

- Oversee the receipt and transfer of merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
- Monitor daily high-value counts and maintain returns reports.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
- Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
- Process merchandise requests and follow up on special and back orders.
- Provide superior post-sales client service, including repair and engraving order management.
- Assist in the visual presentation of merchandise through scheduled cleaning and inspection.
- Support sales floor activities and assist in planning and coordinating store events.
- Manage store supplies, including packaging and hospitality.
- Perform daily cashier functions and manage accounts payable.
- Act as a liaison with facilities, IT, and security, ensuring compliance with audit issues and record retention.
- Assist in maintaining and implementing operational support systems.
- 2-3 years of retail operations experience with knowledge in merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is advantageous.
