- Provide HR administrative support to the retail population, serving as the primary contact for benefits, policies, procedures, and HR-related inquiries.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits packages, ensuring clarity and assistance as needed.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including generating offer letters, conducting background checks, and maintaining employee files.
- Track and analyze data on staffing, retention, turnover, and exit interviews, providing insights for talent discussions.
- Assist employees through the leaver process, ensuring timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain internal headcount records, organizational charts, and HR data trackers.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies in collaboration with HRBP and corporate partners.
- Participate in Health & Safety meetings, manage workers' compensation claims, and analyze H&S metrics.
- Champion and support DEIB initiatives that positively impact people, culture, and brand.
- Lead or support various HR projects and initiatives.
- Foster relationships with retail leadership to identify business needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process for retail positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Lead or support talent acquisition projects such as career fairs and hiring events.
- Manage LVMH Rehire eligibility checks and update Recruitment Activity Tracker.
- Support workplace investigations and prepare performance management documentation.
- Prepare memos and agreements as required and support employee relations reporting.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum of three years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, depending on relevant skills and experience.
