Tiffany & Co. Human Resources Manager

- Oversee the implementation and management of core Human Resources services, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and training.
- Collaborate with business units to align HR strategies with business objectives and enhance HR processes.
- Provide coaching and counseling on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for challenging, seasonal, and project-based roles.
- Manage HR administration and ensure competitive and equitable compensation solutions.
- Oversee disability and leave case management and communicate company benefit programs.
- Monitor and update HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and training metrics.
- Collaborate with management to deliver strategic HR programs and serve as a corporate liaison for HR strategy implementation.
- Conduct talent management and team development to align business objectives with talent strategies.
- Integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices into daily operations and talent plans.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budget formulation, payroll, and expenditure approvals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR functional delivery.
- Strong consultative service and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
