1. Support coordination and logistics of employee training programs.
2. Participate in initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
3. Conduct trend analysis of HR policies and programs in local markets.
4. Contribute creative ideas to HR projects.
5. Assist in the creation of internal newsletters and improve digital signage and intranet platforms.
6. Provide support for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
7. Assist with data entry, report generation, and HR metrics tracking.
8. Support HR team members as needed.

1. Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a university in Japan or overseas.
2. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
3. Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational transformation.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
