- Support coordination and logistics of employee training programs.
- Participate in initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
- Conduct trend analysis of HR policies and programs in local markets.
- Contribute creative ideas to HR projects.
- Assist in the creation of internal newsletters and improve digital signage and intranet platforms.
- Provide support for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and HR metrics tracking.
- Support HR team members as needed.
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a university in Japan or overseas.
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational transformation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Bilingual communication

Beginner level experience in Human Resources or related fields.
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a university.
