Tiffany & Co. Human Resources Intern

- Provide general administrative support including HR forms, tracking, ordering supplies, imaging, and administration.
- Assist in the creation of onboarding schedules and presentations for executives.
- Offer on-site support with obtaining signatures, printing, and preparing presentation materials.
- Support HR and DEIB communications, including managing distribution lists and sending timely updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement events, liaising with vendors and IT, and managing project timelines.
- Run reports to provide data and insights into talent trends and processes.
- Coordinate teambuilding activities.
- Assist in developing and reviewing presentations for leadership.
- Support a key HR functional project, such as onsite employee engagement experiences around career development.
- Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or a 2026 graduate.
- Strong interest in human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organization with experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Beginner level experience in human resources or related field.
Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or a 2026 graduate.
Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
