1. Provide general administrative support including HR forms, tracking, ordering supplies, imaging, and administration.
2. Assist in the creation of onboarding schedules and presentations for executives.
3. Offer on-site support with obtaining signatures, printing, and preparing presentation materials.
4. Support HR and DEIB communications, including managing distribution lists and sending timely updates.
5. Coordinate employee engagement events, liaising with vendors and IT, and managing project timelines.
6. Run reports to provide data and insights into talent trends and processes.
7. Coordinate teambuilding activities.
8. Assist in developing and reviewing presentations for leadership.
9. Support a key HR functional project, such as onsite employee engagement experiences around career development.

1. Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or a 2026 graduate.
2. Strong interest in human resources.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. High level of organization with experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
5. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
