- Collaborate with management to implement organizational structures aligned with business objectives.
- Foster strategic alignment through trust-based collaboration and cross-functional communication.
- Lead workforce planning and budgeting to align talent deployment with strategic growth priorities.
- Drive initiatives that promote organizational values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Facilitate leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities.
- Manage employee grievances and strengthen labor-management relationships.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent to strengthen the talent ecosystem.
- Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze market data to align compensation strategies with business goals.
- Deliver HR services such as payroll and employee benefits accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced industries preferred; exposure to unionized environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid business acumen with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
