1. Collaborate with management to implement organizational structures aligned with business objectives.
2. Foster strategic alignment through trust-based collaboration and cross-functional communication.
3. Lead workforce planning and budgeting to align talent deployment with strategic growth priorities.
4. Drive initiatives that promote organizational values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
5. Facilitate leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities.
6. Manage employee grievances and strengthen labor-management relationships.
7. Identify and develop high-potential talent to strengthen the talent ecosystem.
8. Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
9. Analyze market data to align compensation strategies with business goals.
10. Deliver HR services such as payroll and employee benefits accurately and on time.
11. Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

1. At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
2. Experience in retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced industries preferred; exposure to unionized environments is an advantage.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
2. Solid business acumen with strong analytical and numerical skills.
3. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS platforms.
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
