- Assist in the monthly payroll process, including data verification and report preparation.
- Support the talent acquisition process from recruitment to onboarding.
- Prepare reports and conduct analyses on HR-related topics.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal requests within Tiffany & Co.
- Pursuing or completed education in Human Resources or related fields.
- Experience in retail, luxury, or multi-brand environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Strong relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
No prior professional experience required, but industry-specific experience is a plus.
Pursuing or completed education in Human Resources or related fields.
