1. Assist in the monthly payroll process, including data verification and report preparation.
2. Support the talent acquisition process from recruitment to onboarding.
3. Prepare reports and conduct analyses on HR-related topics.
4. Organize and support employee engagement activities.
5. Serve as a point of contact for internal requests within Tiffany & Co.

1. Pursuing or completed education in Human Resources or related fields.
2. Experience in retail, luxury, or multi-brand environments is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English and Turkish; Italian language skills are a plus.

1. Strong relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels.
2. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

No prior professional experience required, but industry-specific experience is a plus.

Pursuing or completed education in Human Resources or related fields.
