- Create seasonal job requisitions and manage the screening and interview process for seasonal candidates.
- Serve as the initial contact for seasonal hires, coordinating interviews and salon bookings.
- Conduct background checks from offer acceptance to the end of seasonal assignments.
- Offboard candidates and process terminations in Oracle.
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR Business Partners for candidate communication.
- Communicate with leadership to confirm new hire start dates and update the New Hire Tracker.
- Manage employee profile information in Oracle, ensuring data accuracy and rehire eligibility.
- Support store employees with Oracle, Hire Right, IT, and hiring issues related to seasonal employees.
- Ensure I-9 compliance for all seasonal hires.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring events.
- Create and manage schedules for seasonal hires and process payroll.
- Maintain accurate attendance tracking and provide updates to management.
- 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in Retail HR.
- Proven success in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Prior retail experience.
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Beginner level experience in administration, preferably within Retail HR.

Hourly Rate Range: $26.61-30.99
