1. Gain an understanding of Tiffany & Co.’s Industrial HR practices and hiring process.
2. Collaborate with internal management to understand roles, department structures, business goals, and position requirements for proactive candidate sourcing.
3. Partner with HR Business Partners on staffing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
4. Update records in internal tracking/databases and provide hiring managers and HR leaders with proactive updates.
5. Support Industrial HR programs and departmental initiatives by contributing to key projects, including HR forms, organizational chart updates, presentation development, engagement activities, and ad hoc tasks.
6. Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies and procedures.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
2. Strong interest in Human Resources

Beginner level experience in Human Resources or related field.

$25 per hour

Exposure to full-cycle recruitment activities and learning from HR leaders and cross-functional partners.
