Tiffany & Co. HR & Engagement Intern

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal engagement events and initiatives throughout the year.
- Assist in developing and delivering monthly engagement moments that reinforce culture, recognition, and celebration.
- Partner with HR team to ensure engagement activities align with company values and priorities.
- Support logistics, communications, calendars, and follow-up related to employee events and activations.
- Serve as a cross-functional partner supporting DEIB initiatives in collaboration with Global and Americas teams.
- Assist with coordination of DEIB programs, awareness moments, and internal communications.
- Help ensure DEIB efforts are thoughtfully integrated into employee engagement and HR programming.
- Provide administrative and project support for HR initiatives, programs, and campaigns.
- Support HR team with data tracking, presentations, and internal communications as needed.
- Act as a strong partner across HR, internal teams, and external stakeholders when required.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Represent HR with a people-first, service-oriented mindset.
- Strong interest in HR, employee engagement, DEIB, and people-focused work.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; experience with HR systems a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is required.
Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
