- Create and coordinate exceptional customer experiences and hospitality.
- Provide outstanding customer service from the beginning of their experience at Tiffany & Co., ensuring exemplary hospitality throughout their visit.
- Anticipate customer needs by understanding their preferences and collaborating with advisors to offer suitable food and beverages.
- Prepare and serve petits fours, cold and hot beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of the bar/lounge.
- Supervise temporary service staff as needed.
- Describe menu items to clients/guests, take orders, and serve them.
- Oversee the operational aspects of hospitality areas.
- Ensure constant readiness of spaces, equipment, and supplies to accommodate any unexpected requests.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and distributing necessary supplies.
- Support the team in various activities to facilitate a seamless and high-level customer experience during appointments.
- Perform all tasks with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant attitude.
- Maintain the general upkeep and appearance of hospitality-related areas in the store in collaboration with the Hospitality Coordinator.
- Coordinate the inventory of hospitality supplies, including replenishment needs, order processing, and optimal storage organization.
- Communicate effectively and take initiative when cleaning is required, before and after sales appointments.
- Keep hospitality areas clean and organized.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment, as well as service and seating areas. Stay updated with all safety and hygiene policies.
- Assist in special projects and events as necessary.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the store and products to convey Tiffany's heritage and values.
- Connect with customers through storytelling and sharing key facts and stories focused on the brand or its history.
- Understand and comply with security and operational procedures.
- Stay informed about industry news and local/global competition to effectively coordinate the boutique's business.
- Share and collaborate on best practices.
- Maintain Tiffany's cultural values by projecting an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, behavior, and attitude.
- Always contribute to a positive and productive environment, creating a highly collaborative network.
- Minimum two years of experience as a bartender, waiter, or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in the luxury retail sector or service industry is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and technology usage.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding and commitment to the highest standards and priorities of customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel for special events and training as needed.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks according to daily business needs.
- Experience in luxury hospitality industries: restaurants, hotels, retail, security.
- Ability to work with VIP clients.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, flexible and independent.
- Strong commitment to fostering a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.
- Great sense of urgency.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters effectively and discreetly.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills are required.
