1. Create and coordinate exceptional customer experiences and hospitality.
2. Provide outstanding customer service from the beginning of their experience at Tiffany & Co., ensuring exemplary hospitality throughout their visit.
3. Anticipate customer needs by understanding their preferences and collaborating with advisors to offer suitable food and beverages.
4. Prepare and serve petits fours, cold and hot beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
5. Manage and maintain the inventory of the bar/lounge.
6. Supervise temporary service staff as needed.
7. Describe menu items to clients/guests, take orders, and serve them.
8. Oversee the operational aspects of hospitality areas.
9. Ensure constant readiness of spaces, equipment, and supplies to accommodate any unexpected requests.
10. Assist in ordering, receiving, and distributing necessary supplies.
11. Support the team in various activities to facilitate a seamless and high-level customer experience during appointments.
12. Perform all tasks with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant attitude.
13. Maintain the general upkeep and appearance of hospitality-related areas in the store in collaboration with the Hospitality Coordinator.
14. Coordinate the inventory of hospitality supplies, including replenishment needs, order processing, and optimal storage organization.
15. Communicate effectively and take initiative when cleaning is required, before and after sales appointments.
16. Keep hospitality areas clean and organized.
17. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment, as well as service and seating areas. Stay updated with all safety and hygiene policies.
18. Assist in special projects and events as necessary.
19. Develop knowledge and understanding of the store and products to convey Tiffany's heritage and values.
20. Connect with customers through storytelling and sharing key facts and stories focused on the brand or its history.
21. Understand and comply with security and operational procedures.
22. Stay informed about industry news and local/global competition to effectively coordinate the boutique's business.
23. Share and collaborate on best practices.
24. Maintain Tiffany's cultural values by projecting an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, behavior, and attitude.
25. Always contribute to a positive and productive environment, creating a highly collaborative network.

1. Minimum two years of experience as a bartender, waiter, or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. Previous experience in the luxury retail sector or service industry is a plus.

2. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
3. Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Strong understanding and commitment to the highest standards and priorities of customer service.
5. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

10. Experience in luxury hospitality industries: restaurants, hotels, retail, security.
