- Develop and maintain advanced reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand reporting needs and tailor analytics solutions.
- Translate complex data into insightful storytelling to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead competitive analysis projects and partner with Category Management and Zone leaders.
- Enhance existing data collection and tools to improve efficiency and discipline.
- Innovate in data mining techniques to support analytics evolution.
- Collaborate with team members to address reporting and analytics opportunities.
- Present findings and address ad hoc reporting needs in team meetings.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains in data transformation and visualization.
- Pursuing an MBA degree.
- 2+ years of business experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
