- Coordinate the sales forecast process with various zones, ensuring alignment with potential based on sell-out and stock coverage analysis.
- Support zones in achieving monthly sales targets by coordinating with key stakeholders such as Merchandising and Logistics.
- Review and revise monthly, quarterly, and annual budget plans.
- Collaborate with Merchandising to ensure the right product assortment and focus for Trade stores.
- Provide effective data visualization and analysis for internal and external data, identifying market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Support the roll-out of Retail Excellence Programs, enhancing client experience through initiatives like hospitality and training tools.
- Assist in documenting and implementing management processes to improve business control and efficiency.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and presentations for various internal and external teams.
- Diploma from a higher education institution, preferably in Business or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- 2+ years of experience in retail or wholesale sales within the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with Business Intelligence projects, particularly Power BI.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative and comfort with numbers.
- Strong interest in business development.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Team player with good organizational and time management skills.
- Self-awareness and openness to feedback.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or wholesale sales within the luxury industry is required.
Diploma from a Business School or equivalent higher education degree.
€ 5072.76 per month.
