- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Tiffany & Co.'s hiring processes to enhance candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experiences.
- Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to create learning content on compliance, diversity, equity, inclusion, and business immersion.
- Conduct competitor analysis in the luxury market to propose strategic solutions for talent acquisition.
- Evaluate partnerships with external vendors to optimize ROI and enhance recruitment process automation.
- Enhance recruitment marketing and employer branding for Early Careers, including creating presentation decks and communication assets.
- Manage communications for the US Summer 2026 Internship cohort, ensuring clear information dissemination and resource accessibility.
- Assist in planning and executing internship programs and related events.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and early careers development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

No prior experience required, though previous HR or Talent Acquisition exposure through courses, internships, or work is preferred.
Rising senior or recent graduate preferred.
$25 per hour
