1. Support the creation of a sales target calculator by engaging with zone leaders to understand current methodologies and integrating input from HR, Retail, and company initiatives.
2. Assist in consolidating data to deliver insights with trends, comparable store typologies, and actions.
3. Develop a harmonized scheduling template for all zones, incorporating feedback from HR, Retail, and company initiatives.
4. Collaborate with zone leaders to comprehend current scheduling practices and refine them for consistency across zones.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, hospitality, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying critical information to corporate leadership and retail audiences.
3. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

1. Analytical skills to assess and synthesize data from various sources.
2. Proficiency in communication to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Beginner level experience suitable for current students or recent graduates.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, hospitality, or a related field.

Compensation for this internship is $25 per hour.
