- Collaborate with the Client Development team to enhance clienteling activities across all touchpoints, ensuring a seamless client journey.
- Support the implementation of clienteling programs, campaigns, and messaging.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of clienteling assets.
- Contribute to the development of outreach guidance to promote clienteling behaviors in retail.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to support in-store client activations and traffic-driving initiatives, including product launches and events.
- Gather and analyze retail feedback to ensure alignment and practicality for in-store application.
- Visit retail stores to advocate for clienteling practices and provide feedback to the global team.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience.
- Strong interest in luxury retail, client experience, and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated passion for client engagement and understanding consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management expertise, including multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Curious, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to propose creative solutions.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset, capable of embracing change and learning quickly.
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Beginner level experience required, with a preference for previous exposure to luxury goods, beauty, or hospitality sectors.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
Compensation for this internship is $25 per hour.
