1. Collaborate with the Client Development team to enhance clienteling activities across all touchpoints, ensuring a seamless client journey.
2. Support the implementation of clienteling programs, campaigns, and messaging.
3. Assist in the creation and distribution of clienteling assets.
4. Contribute to the development of outreach guidance to promote clienteling behaviors in retail.
5. Engage with cross-functional teams to support in-store client activations and traffic-driving initiatives, including product launches and events.
6. Gather and analyze retail feedback to ensure alignment and practicality for in-store application.
7. Visit retail stores to advocate for clienteling practices and provide feedback to the global team.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience.
2. Strong interest in luxury retail, client experience, and customer relationship management.
3. Demonstrated passion for client engagement and understanding consumer behavior.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

1. Project management expertise, including multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
2. Curious, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to propose creative solutions.
3. Flexible and adaptable mindset, capable of embracing change and learning quickly.
4. Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Beginner level experience required, with a preference for previous exposure to luxury goods, beauty, or hospitality sectors.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.

Compensation for this internship is $25 per hour.
