Tiffany & Co. Global Internal Communications Intern

- Assist in managing the editorial calendar for newsletters, email communications, leadership communication, engagement events, and employee sales.
- Create and edit internal communication assets, including newsletters, emails, intranet posts, digital signage, and internal social media content.
- Support production processes such as creating slides for digital signage, email creation, survey creation, and newsletter or intranet publishing.
- Aid in planning and executing internal engagement events like global town halls, Brand Immersion sessions, and video shoots.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Retail departments to support various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in developing Internal Communications plans for Marketing 360 briefs and gain insights into other teams' deliverables.
- Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or a 2025 graduate.
- Strong interest in corporate communications, particularly internal communications.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, dependable self-starter with experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as content management systems, newsletter editors, survey tools, and the MS 365 suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe applications, particularly Photoshop, is a strong plus.
Beginner level experience in corporate communications or related fields.
Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or a 2025 graduate.
Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
