- Develop and implement productive worldwide assortment plans for jewelry collections, ensuring alignment with brand standards across global markets.
- Lead data-driven assortment reviews, providing actionable insights based on sales data, forecasts, and productivity metrics.
- Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional partners to implement assortment recommendations.
- Optimize strategic assortment initiatives using predictive analytics and retail store clustering.
- Enhance and adapt the assortment planning system for increased efficiency and agility.
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships with zone counterparts to identify market opportunities.
- Adapt assortment strategies to meet regional market demands.
- Support new store openings with tailored assortment plans.
- Collaborate on new product launches with cross-functional teams.
- Streamline workflows to maximize team productivity and lead projects with an innovative mindset.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Planning, preferably within a luxury brand.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Operational excellence and self-motivation.
A minimum of 3 years in Merchandising, Buying, or Planning, ideally within the luxury sector.
Undergraduate degree required.
The hiring range for this position is $94,000 to $124,000, dependent on skills and experience.
