1. Develop and implement productive worldwide assortment plans for jewelry collections, ensuring alignment with brand standards across global markets.
2. Lead data-driven assortment reviews, providing actionable insights based on sales data, forecasts, and productivity metrics.
3. Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional partners to implement assortment recommendations.
4. Optimize strategic assortment initiatives using predictive analytics and retail store clustering.
5. Enhance and adapt the assortment planning system for increased efficiency and agility.
6. Cultivate collaborative partnerships with zone counterparts to identify market opportunities.
7. Adapt assortment strategies to meet regional market demands.
8. Support new store openings with tailored assortment plans.
9. Collaborate on new product launches with cross-functional teams.
10. Streamline workflows to maximize team productivity and lead projects with an innovative mindset.

1. Undergraduate degree required.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Planning, preferably within a luxury brand.

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
2. Strong analytical skills to identify trends.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven project management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
6. Operational excellence and self-motivation.

A minimum of 3 years in Merchandising, Buying, or Planning, ideally within the luxury sector.

Undergraduate degree required.

The hiring range for this position is $94,000 to $124,000, dependent on skills and experience.
