1. Review books and records to ensure compliance with US GAAP and local accounting standards.
2. Ensure local regulatory compliance in financial, currency, tax, and customs regulations.
3. Review monthly financial statements and reports for management.
4. Supervise and coordinate external audit work, including monthly and annual tax balance.
5. Control accounts receivable and accounts payable to suppliers and affiliates.
6. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses.
7. Collaborate with NY treasury on cash flow projections and funding needs.
8. Manage petty cash control and reimbursement for stores and corporate.
9. Provide guidance on departmental planning to achieve corporate goals.
10. Support finance management in business decision-making and planning.

1. Minimum of 3 years of finance management experience.
2. College/university degree in finance or administration.
3. Advanced proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, with a focus on compliance and strategic planning.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Administration.
