- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes for Industrial divisions, focusing on financials tied to stone purchases, inventory, capital expenditures, ROI analytics, and support function spend.
- Deliver and present accurate analytics to support effective financial and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and interpret monthly reports including metrics related to stone purchases, inventory, capital expenditures, and support function costs.
- Assist divisional and cost center leads through financial reporting, modeling, analysis, and cost savings initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze monthly dashboards of KPIs.
- Perform modeling and scenario analyses to support key strategic Industrial decisions.
- Support strategic planning and gross margin improvement initiatives.
- Develop and improve tracking and analytics for senior management updates.
- Build capital investment business cases.
- Engage in ad hoc projects related to senior management requests.
- Enhance analytical tools and methodologies for increased automation and efficiency.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance, with demonstrated leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
The hiring range for this position is $59.00 - $66.50 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
