1. Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes for Industrial divisions, focusing on financials tied to stone purchases, inventory, capital expenditures, ROI analytics, and support function spend.
2. Deliver and present accurate analytics to support effective financial and strategic decision-making.
3. Prepare and interpret monthly reports including metrics related to stone purchases, inventory, capital expenditures, and support function costs.
4. Assist divisional and cost center leads through financial reporting, modeling, analysis, and cost savings initiatives.
5. Prepare and analyze monthly dashboards of KPIs.
6. Perform modeling and scenario analyses to support key strategic Industrial decisions.
7. Support strategic planning and gross margin improvement initiatives.
8. Develop and improve tracking and analytics for senior management updates.
9. Build capital investment business cases.
10. Engage in ad hoc projects related to senior management requests.
11. Enhance analytical tools and methodologies for increased automation and efficiency.
12. Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies.

1. BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
3. Demonstrated leadership experience
4. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
7. Willingness to work flexible hours

The hiring range for this position is $59.00 - $66.50 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
