1. Conduct gap analysis by monitoring and observing client interactions on the sales floor.
2. Evaluate individual behaviors, knowledge, and attitudes against Tiffany standards.
3. Collaborate with store leaders to identify opportunities through sales dashboards and NPS scores.
4. Develop and implement individual coaching plans to enhance brand behavior on sales floors.
5. Monitor and coach sales teams on individual targets, providing solutions to performance gaps.
6. Establish regular check-ins with store leadership and retail performance teams.
7. Track coaching conversations and update training records.
8. Organize and facilitate in-store onboarding for new hires, ensuring proficiency in retail tools.
9. Support the Retail Learning Manager by organizing training sessions and providing store evaluations.
10. Contribute to the EMEA Retail Learning Community by sharing feedback and best practices.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail coaching or training roles.
