Tiffany & Co. Field Coach Trainer

1. Conduct gap analysis by monitoring and observing daily client interactions on the sales floor.
2. Evaluate individual behaviors, knowledge, and attitudes against Tiffany standards and client promise.
3. Collaborate with store leaders to identify opportunities through sales dashboards, Craft Experiences, and NPS scores.
4. Develop and implement a coaching plan in agreement with Retail Learning and Store Leaders to enhance brand behaviors.
5. Monitor and coach the sales team on individual targets, offering solutions to close performance gaps.
6. Establish regular check-ins with store leadership and retail performance teams to discuss coaching progress and opportunities.
7. Track coaching conversations and update training records to support annual performance reviews.
8. Partner with store leadership and retail learning manager to structure learning paths for employees.
9. Organize and facilitate impactful in-store onboarding for new hires, ensuring enhanced learning experiences.
10. Support the Retail Learning Manager by organizing classroom training sessions and providing store evaluations.
11. Contribute to the EMEA Retail Learning Community by sharing feedback and best practices.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
