- Proactively manage daily calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts for the President & CEO.
- Prepare and maintain a master calendar including departmental vacation and travel schedules.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and reservations.
- Create detailed travel itineraries and prepare accurate expense reports using ExpenseVisor.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure proper calendar and project management.
- Create and compile detailed PowerPoint presentations for senior management and general meetings.
- Assist in logistical preparation for meetings and interviews, including reserving conference rooms and liaising with IT.
- Organize files and process invoices through the accounts payable system.
- Support ad hoc project requests and coordinate mail and shipping activities.
- 6+ years of administrative assistant experience, with at least 2 years supporting a President or CEO.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Discretion in handling highly confidential client information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

A minimum of 6 years in an administrative assistant role, with at least 2 years supporting executive-level positions such as a President or CEO.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $40.72 - $55.09 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
