1. Assist in the organization of events, focusing on operational and logistical activities.
2. Manage reports and track all event-related activities.
3. Develop analysis and reports.
4. Conduct budget analysis.
5. Collaborate with the Finance team to report and finalize internal processes.
6. Support the organization of in-store activations, events, and international events.
7. Proactively work on specific projects during events.
8. Prepare presentations for strategic meetings.

1. Degree or Master's in Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Events is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent analytical skills with a passion for report development.
3. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.

Beginner level experience is required, with previous exposure to Retail, Hospitality, or Events considered beneficial.

Degree or Master's in Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field.
