1. Assist in the organization of events, focusing on operational and logistical activities.
2. Manage and track reports related to all events.
3. Collaborate with the Finance team to report and complete internal processes.
4. Support the organization of in-store activations, events, and international gatherings.
5. Proactively engage in specific projects during events.
6. Prepare presentations for strategic meetings.

1. Degree or Master's in Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Event sectors is advantageous.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

1. Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
2. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with previous exposure to Retail, Hospitality, or Event areas considered beneficial.
