1. Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise application strategy for global omnichannel operations, including China, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT infrastructure modernization.
2. Define and maintain architectural standards and best practices in collaboration with global solution architects and LVMH counterparts.
3. Lead the Omnichannel Architecture Review Board to ensure architectural compliance and governance.
4. Contribute to and maintain the Enterprise Architecture repository, ensuring up-to-date content and tool management.
5. Mentor solution architects and collaborate with IT specialists to expand enterprise architecture capabilities.
6. Champion innovation and change management within the IT organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

1. Proven experience in enterprise architecture roles with a focus on IT transformation and change management.
2. Ability to translate complex IT concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a pragmatic approach.
4. Experience in modernizing information systems and architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ARCHIMATE.
5. Knowledge of enterprise applications like e-commerce, marketing automation, and POS systems.

The hiring range for this position is $158,000-$214,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
