1. Research global best practices on DEIB and employee experience to inform strategy and initiatives.
2. Provide production support for events and programming, including liaising with vendors and IT assistance.
3. Support the ongoing activities of Tiffany Global Employee Resource Groups, My Tiffany, and Tiffany Cares.
4. Assist in developing and reviewing presentations, status updates, surveys, and DEIB weekly communications.
5. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and updating Sharepoint sites.

1. Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or a 2025 graduate.
2. Strong interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging with high emotional intelligence.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. High level of organization with experience managing multiple projects.
5. Prior experience in DEIB, community affairs, social impact, or a related field.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Beginner level experience in DEIB, community affairs, social impact, or related fields.

Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program.

Compensation for this internship is $25 per hour.
