1. Develop stock targets considering inventory constraints, sales trends, merchandising initiatives, and regional strategic needs.
2. Monitor inventory levels at retail locations to optimize inventory assets and achieve availability targets.
3. Analyze allocations and collaborate with the Merchandising team to review distribution and assortment.
4. Identify and execute intra-regional rebalance opportunities to drive sales and support inventory turn objectives.
5. Support new store openings, product initiatives, and promotions by addressing regional trends and needs.
6. Allocate and monitor inventory movement across stores for market events.

1. Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Business Objects, Compass, Alteryx, MIPS, TTO, Power BI.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of diplomacy.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
