Tiffany & Co. Director of Sales Merchandising

- Manage the expanded Merchandising function with commercial and forecasting oversight.
- Drive the effectiveness of the visible offer and performance of various product categories.
- Translate Tiffany's product strategy into actionable commercial plans.
- Support Zones in implementing and executing action plans.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Influence development of Sales Ambition for new launches and align with Demand Planning.
- Define commercial targets and strategic business priorities per channel.
- Identify new merchandising opportunities and adapt global product plans locally.
- Ensure proper framing of launches to secure stock and sales efficiency.
- Organize Product Showroom and Zone feedback to influence Zone performance.
- Partner with Zones to drive performance and achieve commercial ambitions.
- Collaborate with Retail Excellence and Client teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor space productivity and ensure implementation of product strategy in store projects.
- Identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and define corrective actions.
- Build and present performance reviews and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Ensure synergies across Merchandising, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Zones.
- Engage stakeholders in the change process and maximize adoption of new processes.
- Support development of a strong merchandising culture and high-performing team.
- Drive alignment of strategic objectives and business priorities across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of luxury retail, merchandising, and strategy development experience.
- Store and/or zone experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership qualities and ability to build relationships.
- Strong presentation and content development skills.
- Keen analytical and strategic thinking skills with financial acumen.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence.
- Ability to manage workload amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail, merchandising, and strategy development, with a preference for store and/or zone experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $165,495 - $233,640, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
