1. Develop and implement public relations strategies for new campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
2. Manage the regional communications calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Support local teams in crafting editorial plans for product launches and PR events.
4. Collaborate with the VP of PR & Communications to develop regional partnerships and brand campaigns.
5. Negotiate and strategize brand partnerships that include communication opportunities.
6. Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and key press contacts.
7. Manage PR & Communications budgets and track effectiveness and ROI.
8. Prepare presentations for senior leadership and external partners.
9. Regularly update regional senior leadership and global PR & Communications teams.

1. Over 10 years of public relations experience within the luxury retail sector.
2. Bachelor’s degree.
3. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve aligned objectives.
5. Attention to detail, team player, multi-tasker, creative thinker, and excellent communicator.
6. Proficient in digital analytics and social listening tools.
7. Understanding of financial and operational performance.
8. Fluency in French is preferred.
