- Promote a culture of business acumen through regular reporting on sales and client-related performance metrics.
- Provide business intelligence to global leaders via trend analysis and competitive benchmarks.
- Leverage data analysis to develop comprehensive 360-degree action plans.
- Assist in developing and managing incentive programs to enhance business performance.
- Create innovative dashboards to measure retail performance and provide insights.
- Drive day-to-day business culture by creating retail performance tools and strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR on FTE planning and productivity optimization.

- Over 10 years of experience in retail and operations within the luxury sector.

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.

The salary range for this position is $165,000 to $230,000, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus. The final offer will depend on the candidate's skills and experience.
