- Collaborate with the VP Finance, Industrial to provide strategic financial insights and operational guidance across global manufacturing facilities.
- Support Operations in establishing and monitoring benchmarks and KPIs to drive business strategy, providing variance analysis to track performance.
- Develop and implement standardized financial analytics and reporting tools across all manufacturing sites to articulate cost structures and ROI.
- Conduct detailed financial reviews of manufacturing facilities to identify inefficiencies and operational challenges, preferably on-site.
- Integrate financial and operational data to enable advanced planning, forecasting, and scenario-based analysis.
- Lead a high-performing Finance team, enhancing analytical depth and business acumen.
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear terms to support effective decision-making by Operations partners.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support strategic initiatives and evaluate project profitability.
- Analyze complex financial statements, delivering variance analyses and supporting budget and forecast development.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Finance, with a strong background in operational Finance, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Expertise in FP&A, cost accounting, and performance measurement.
- Strong project management skills.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, particularly within operational Finance, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
