1. Collaborate with the VP Finance, Industrial to provide strategic financial insights and operational guidance across global manufacturing facilities.
2. Support Operations in establishing and monitoring benchmarks and KPIs to drive business strategy, providing variance analysis to track performance.
3. Develop and implement standardized financial analytics and reporting tools across all manufacturing sites to articulate cost structures and ROI.
4. Conduct detailed financial reviews of manufacturing facilities to identify inefficiencies and operational challenges, preferably on-site.
5. Integrate financial and operational data to enable advanced planning, forecasting, and scenario-based analysis.
6. Lead a high-performing Finance team, enhancing analytical depth and business acumen.
7. Translate complex financial concepts into clear terms to support effective decision-making by Operations partners.
8. Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support strategic initiatives and evaluate project profitability.
9. Analyze complex financial statements, delivering variance analyses and supporting budget and forecast development.
10. Manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
11. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 10-15 years of progressive experience in Finance, with a strong background in operational Finance, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
3. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
4. Expertise in FP&A, cost accounting, and performance measurement.
5. Strong project management skills.
6. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, particularly within operational Finance, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
