- Lead the Commercial Function, including Sales, Creative Visual Merchandising, Retail Learning, and Retail Performance teams, ensuring exceptional client service and sales achievements.
- Oversee all aspects of retail operations to ensure efficient and profitable store performance.
- Establish and execute ambitious performance targets, fostering a culture of accountability and aligning support functions with sales strategies.
- Cultivate a collaborative and passionate culture that fosters brand loyalty and client-centricity.
- Deliver clear performance expectations and feedback, partnering with HR to develop talent and create career development opportunities.
- Embody the Tiffany brand, fostering meaningful relationships to elevate brand presence and drive sales.
- Assess the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and market enhancement.

- Proven experience managing a large, freestanding flagship luxury boutique with oversight of 75+ client advisors and $50 MM+ in annual sales.
- Distinguished track record of superior commercial and client development skills.
- Experience in executive-level management of multiple functions beyond sales.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strong financial results and drive profitability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Understanding and sensitivity to diverse cultural norms and customs.
- Multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in French preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Client tracking systems, and POS systems.
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing flagship luxury boutiques with significant sales volume and team oversight.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $250,000 - $265,000 per year, dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
