Tiffany & Co. Digital Merchandising Manager

- Lead the global digital merchandising strategy and execution for Tiffany & Co.'s eCommerce platform.
- Supervise catalog development and ensure product information is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- Optimize product listings to enhance searchability, discoverability, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product discovery and align product assets with brand storytelling.
- Monitor competitor assortments and provide insights to inform assortment planning and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing Automation, and AI Studio teams to align online merchandising with client engagement strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Mentor and guide a team through product launches and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital merchandising and e-commerce, preferably in the jewelry retail industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving online sales and conversion.
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM), content management systems (CMS), and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for luxury jewelry retail and the Tiffany & Co. brand.
Minimum of 8 years in digital merchandising and e-commerce, with management experience in the jewelry retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
The hiring range for this position is $111,350 to $131,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
